Caught The Wanted in Dallas last night with Amanda. Was a total blast. Her and I have been listening to their music since 2010. Not a joke, folks. I’m so happy for them and all their success here in the States, but I’m not gonna lie, I’m jealous and protective when it comes to my music, and let’s not try and act like these 5 year olds have been listening to them for the last two years like we have. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying Amanda and I are the only two who have ever heard of them in the Dallas-area, but I also know about 90% of the crowd last night ONLY knew “Glad You Came,” but were acting like they were just THE BIGGEST FANS EVERRRR!!1111 Woah. Back up. Hahaha =P But yea. It was a great show, unfortunately Texas and its damn highways are awful, so we missed the first four songs - sad day - but we got to hear all our favorites, so I really can’t complain. The guys sounded great live and they interact with the crowd and each other really well. And I mean… If they get huge, we can say we saw them in a tiny, rinky dink club in Deep Ellum. SCORE!
